How often will I get a bill?
Billing is monthly, but in arrears. For example, January service is processed at the end of February.

Can I sign up for e-Bills and/or make payments online?
Yes, you can enroll in paperless "e-Bills" online and/or make online payments with a Credit Card or Checking account at

Can I make a payment or check my balance by telephone?
Yes. A customer may call 1-855-230-7047 anytime to check balances or make a one-time payment from a credit card or checking account. No additional fees are charged for this service. Keep the bill handy, because the account number is required.
4.
Do I have to read my water meter?
No, a meter reader will drive by your home each month activating a radio transmitter on your meter to obtain a monthly reading. However, we do require residents to provide a water meter reading at the time of move in and move out. Read "How do I start or cancel service" for more information.
5.
How do I start or cancel service?
The Utility Billing department needs to be notified whenever there is a change in occupancy. When service is cancelled a forwarding address needs to be provided. Please complete the "Change of Occupancy" form or contact Utility Billing at 952-895-4480 with billing changes and your initial or final water meter reading.

Will my water be turned off if my bill is overdue?
No, but a monthly penalty fee will accrue on the balance owed. Delinquent amounts are added to the property taxes of the home.

My water usage seems to be increasing. What should I do?
